These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@nflsuperbowlnashville.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as described above. Any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nashville Big Game Business Ecosystem, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or alleged to result from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
